I'm so happy that your actually expressing yourself like this, I read your blog all the time, and I love that you are really opening up and telling us, something really personal and deep, which is probably hard for you. I feel like fuck all of those haters, your doing this and there not. I say more power to you. If you actually enjoy it, and you aren't harming yourself or anyone else in the process, then why second guess it. Do what makes you feel happy. I honestly don't see how it can complete you, and I understand that whole line with intimacy. As I said previously growth is a part of life and if you are ready to move on then that's what you should do especially if you're feeling stagnant (not saying that you have been stagnant because you have truly made your mark and done what some can only dream of).

As I read your post, and glanced over the stream of "fuck the haters" responses that followed, I began to wonder if my previous posts (none of which were ever published) would also have been deemed hateful. I am one of those who have also wanted to see you return to showing some more passion in your work. I've never been mindless or vicious in my suggestions but, for whatever reason, they've never made the cut.
From what I understand, a lot of your fans' suggestions aren't even outlandish, i.e., kiss on camera, return to sucking dick, consider bottoming. These requests are far from outrageous; in fact they'd all help in sealing something of a more multi-dimensional legacy for you.
No matter what your profession is, it's never pleasant to learn that anything you've worked on has failed to please the masses, but it happens even to the best of us. You got to your position for a reason - just take that as reassurance and use the encouragements and criticisms are food for growth.
If you've opened a forum of communication between yourself and your fans, please be prepared to listen to the constructive things we have to say, even when it isn't always full of fawning. Those of us who log in, even when not in praise, clearly take some level of interest in you, so we'd like to feel that you do take heed.
